Parents transfer their kids for "their own good" but seems to be ok to leave other people's children behind. I don't know if the elected officials of Portland can do anything about it. I don't have children, so I don't feel like my voice is effective, but I'm seriously contemplating a run for school board to stop this illogical school lottery from happening anymore. Hi Hockey dad,
