I don't play hockey, but I do a lot of hiking and birdwatching during hte spring and summer. It's hard to be motivated to go outside when it's cold or rainy! And yes, Halloween Candy and Thanksgiving Dinner certainly don't help matters either. My 13 are up. I gain a bit of weight this time of the year too.
